A one-of-a-kind journey, never navigated before!
Welcome to Pandemic motherhood!
You may be feeling lonely, struggling to navigate or concerned about this upcoming major life change, and feeling lost.
You may be very worried about doing parenting wrong, lacking support and feeling unprepared.
You may find yourself crying a lot, easily agitated, flipping out on those who are close to you.
You do not have to continue to face this alone, the pandemic motherhood support groups can help!
These virtual support groups are ran by a Perinatal Mental Health trained therapist who is also a millennial momma with experience in having a baby during the pandemic.
The groups are small and provide a safe place to process all the changes that occur during the transition into motherhood.
These groups are made for millennial moms who are having a hard time with adjusting to the changes of becoming a new mom and society stressors.
